Chief Executive Officer
Mark is responsible for setting the direction at MAIA and evangelising the technology stack on which client solutions are delivered. Mark works alongside MAIA’s talented technical team to deliver bespoke solutions to the global investment community. Before MAIA, Mark worked within the investment management sector before co-founding a FinTech business, which was acquired in 2016.

Head of Business Development
Robert has spent over 25 years at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs running a variety of sales initiatives in the Listed and OTC derivatives business. Experienced in working with buy side firms, he is expert at driving change and the successful implementation of new technology.

Head of Engineering
Prior to MAIA, Tobe led the design and implementation of the systematic trading system at Fulcrum and Before that he was a core developer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. During this time Tobe was also instrumental in the early development of MAIA’s proprietary framework. Currently, Tobe leads the development team and oversees the general direction of the core framework ensuring it continues to remain cutting edge and nimble enough to handle our growing client base.
Tobe graduated from Imperial College London with a Bsc Hons in Joint Mathematics & Computing.
Head of Customer Success
Dylan leads new client implementations and oversees ongoing client relationships. Utilising a background as a senior developer within Maia, Fulcrum and Barclays and a catalogue of successful client implementations, Dylan ensures new implementations are carried out smoothly with any technical requirements being delivered to the highest standard.
