Chief Executive Officer
Mark is responsible for setting the direction at MAIA and evangelising the technology stack on which client solutions are delivered. Mark works alongside MAIA’s talented technical team to deliver bespoke solutions to the global investment community. Before MAIA, Mark worked within the investment management sector before co-founding a FinTech business, which was acquired in 2016.

Chief Technology Officer
Prior to MAIA, Tobe led the design and implementation of the systematic trading system at Fulcrum and Before that he was a core developer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. During this time Tobe was also instrumental in the early development of MAIA’s proprietary framework. Currently, Tobe leads the development team and oversees the general direction of the core framework ensuring it continues to remain cutting edge and nimble enough to handle our growing client base.
Tobe graduated from Imperial College London with a Bsc Hons in Joint Mathematics & Computing.
Chief Operating Officer
Dylan leads new client implementations and oversees ongoing client relationships. Utilising a background as a senior developer within Maia, Fulcrum and Barclays and a catalogue of successful client implementations, Dylan ensures new implementations are carried out smoothly with any technical requirements being delivered to the highest standard.

Chief Revenue Officer
Frank has over 25 years’ experience in strategic business development roles servicing the buy side and capital markets sectors. He has held executive-level leadership positions at Charles River Development, SS&C, Enfusion and prior to joining MAIA, was head of Simcorp UK and Ireland. Frank has global responsibility for architecting and implementing MAIA’s go-to-market and commercial strategy.

Non-Executive Chairman
Nick joined MAIA in August 2023 as non-executive chairman to work with the management team and wider Board to help drive the strategic direction and success of the business. Nick has over 25 years experience as a consultant and advisor to the asset and wealth management industry. He co-founded Alpha Financial Markets Consulting and held roles there including Global Chief Commercial Officer (to 2018) and CEO of Alpha Data Solutions (now Aiviq; 2018-19). He also chairs other businesses in the Financial Services and Technology arenas.
